ispace, inc. (hereinafter referred to as “ispace”) recognizes the protection of personal information obtained from shareholders, employees, job applicants, customers, and other stakeholders as an important responsibility. ispace will handle and manage such personal information appropriately in accordance with the following policy.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

ispace will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and other relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, and will handle personal information appropriately.

2. Acquisition and Purpose of Use of Personal Information

ispace will acquire personal information through appropriate means within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes or other purposes that are notified or publicly announced, and will use the personal information only within the scope of those purposes:

• Shareholders: Administration of shareholder-related operations such as general shareholder meetings, dividend distribution, statutory disclosures, and shareholder benefit programs

• Customers and Business Partners: Review, conclusion, and execution of business contracts, transaction management, provision of business-related information and other communication, and business-related research

• Officers and Employees: Labor management, human resources management, welfare, health and safety management, and compliance with laws and regulations

• Job Applicants: Hiring procedure, communication, and management of application history

• Product Purchasers: Product shipment, payment processing, after-sales support, and marketing analysis

• Event Participants: Administration of Participants, sending of information, conducting surveys, and communication in case of incidents

• General: Communication and other administrations related to ispace’s business, and purposes incidental to the above purposes

If personal information is to be used for purposes other than those listed above, ispace will obtain the individual’s prior consent.

3. Management and Protection of Personal Information

ispace will take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and will provide appropriate education and supervision to its employees.

4. Outsourcing and Provision to Third Parties

When outsourcing its operations, ispace may provide personal information to contractors as necessary. In such cases, ispace will require the contractor to manage the personal information appropriately and will supervise them accordingly. Except as permitted by law, ispace will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent.

5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

When an individual requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information, ispace will respond promptly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Joint Use of Personal Information

ispace may jointly use personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, organizations to which the individual belongs, and job titles of customers, business partners, officers, employees, and other related parties with its domestic and overseas subsidiaries under ispace’s responsibility, for the purposes stated in Section 2.

ispace’s website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and analyze access. The information obtained through these means does not identify individuals, and users can restrict their use through browser settings.

8. Handling of Anonymized Information

ispace may create and use anonymized information for statistical and analytical purposes. Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that individuals cannot be re-identified from such information.
